Pengaruh Pendidikan Agama Katolik terhadap Resiliensi Spiritual Mahasiswa Di Era Digital: Studi pada Mahasiswa STK Santo Yakobus Merauke

Era digital menghadirkan tekanan psikologis dan sosial yang menuntut mahasiswa memiliki ketahanan spiritual yang kuat. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji pengaruh Pendidikan Agama Katolik (PAK) terhadap resiliensi spiritual mahasiswa STK Santo Yakobus Merauke di era digital. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode regresi linear sederhana digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Sampel berjumlah 35 mahasiswa aktif program studi Pendidikan Keagamaan Katolik dengan kondisi ekonomi di bawah rata-rata, dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert (1–5) sebanyak 30 item per variabel, yang telah dinyatakan valid (r hitung > 0,334) dan sangat reliabel (Cronbach Alpha: X = 0,991; Y = 0,992). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa PAK berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap resiliensi spiritual mahasiswa, dengan persamaan regresi Y = 1,785 + 1,008X, nilai R = 0,943, dan koefisien determinasi R² = 0,890. Artinya, 89,0% variasi resiliensi spiritual mahasiswa dijelaskan oleh variabel PAK. Uji hipotesis menghasilkan t hitung (16,304) > t tabel (2,034) dengan p = 0,000, sehingga H₁ diterima. Secara deskriptif, 80,0% mahasiswa memiliki persepsi tinggi atau sangat tinggi terhadap PAK, dan 82,8% memiliki tingkat resiliensi spiritual yang tinggi atau sangat tinggi. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa PAK bukan sekadar transmisi pengetahuan doktrinal, melainkan proses pembinaan spiritual yang secara nyata membentuk ketahanan batin mahasiswa melalui lima dimensi utama: pemahaman ajaran iman, internalisasi nilai moral, refleksi spiritual, penghayatan rohani, dan relevansi iman di era digital.
